Site Policy / Member Agreement

      The content on this website is provided by Alexander Online Enterprises (the proprietor) for your personal information only, and is not intended as investment advice or as the basis for stock trades.  Content on this website should not be relied upon for the purposes of carrying out a transaction or trade. This website and such content do not provide any form of advice (investment, tax, legal) amounting to investment advice, or make any recommendations regarding particular stocks, financial instruments or investments.

The proprietor shall not be liable, and to the maximum extent permitted by law hereby disclaims all liability, for errors, inaccuracies or delays in content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon, or for any loss or damage that may result from the use of information on this website.  The proprietor does not give any warranties (including any statutory ones) in relation to the content of this website. THE PROPRIETOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY THE CONTENT PROVIDED, OR AS TO THE FITNESS OF THE INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE.

BILLING

The user is entitled to one thirty (30) day free trial of the service.  The first trial day is considered one (1) complete day, regardless of the time of day the trial begins.  During this thirty day period the user may cancel through the site or by contacting the proprietor at support@magicdiligence.com through email.  If membership is not cancelled by the end of the trial period, the user will be billed for a full year of membership to the service.  The amount charged entitles the user to a full year of access to membership features.  During this period the user may cancel membership at any time through methods mentioned earlier in this paragraph.  If membership is not cancelled by the end of the year period, the user will be billed for another year until cancelled.  If membership is cancelled, automatic re-billing will not occur and membership will expire at the conclusion of the membership period.  Membership charges are not refundable in full or on a pro-rated basis and cancellation only prevents recurring billing from taking place.

PRIVACY POLICY

The proprietor retains account and payment information for the purpose of communication and re-billing exclusively.  The proprietor will never give out name, address, email address, or payment information under any circumstances, except for valid legal obligation.  The proprietor takes all reasonable precautions to protect the data of users of this website.

ACCOUNT SHARING

A membership subscription entitles the user, and only the user, access to membership features. The proprietor reserves the right to immediately terminate a membership, without refund, if the proprietor determines that a user is sharing an account with other persons, beyond a reasonable doubt.

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

The proprietor reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without notification.

The user agrees that the information provided by this service is for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.  By accepting this agreement, the user accepts all statements made in this disclaimer.
